At Bike Bits, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products — no questions asked.

If you change your mind, receive a defective item, or simply find that a product isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase

If you're returning an item for exchange, you'll be responsible for:

  • The cost of returning the item
  • The cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
  • For change of mind returns, the original shipping cost and return label shipping will be deducted from your refund

If you're returning a faulty item, we've got you covered. We'll:

  • Cover the cost of shipping the replacement
  • Provide a prepaid return label so you can send the faulty item back easily

We aim to make the return process simple, fair, and stress-free.

Shipping Information

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Same or next-day dispatch is our standard
  • In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed up to a week — in these situations, we'll contact you directly with an update

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The size, weight, and destination of your order
  • Bundled shipping rates are offered to help reduce costs when ordering multiple items

We ship via Australia Post standard parcel service with tracking by default. Express Post is also available at checkout.
