If your purchased item does require returning, the shipping fee is at the expense of the buyer. If you would like to lodge your warranty claim, please send us an email to allow a streamlined process when it comes to assessing your warranty.
Please allow up to 2 business days for the warranty claim to be processed. If the warranty claim is approved, we will replace the defective product with the same product. If the defective product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a comparable product in value and performance.
Shipping back denied warranty claims is at the expense of the customer. Should the customer not organise return shipping, the products will be deemed forfeited and will be discarded at Bike Bits' discretion.
The products we sell are for the products only. If you seek a third party to install, remove, reinstall, or diagnose our products, we are not liable for any costs or charges incurred.
