- Applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred
- Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that arise under normal use during the warranty period
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidents
Making a Warranty Claim

- Include a brief description of the issue and photos (if possible)
- Share your contact details so we can reach you quickly
We’ll review your claim within 7 business days and provide instructions for returning the product if required.

Shipping Information
- Dispatch: Same or next‑day dispatch is our standard. In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed up to a week — if so, we’ll contact you directly with an update.
- Costs: Calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Bundled shipping rates are offered to help reduce costs when ordering multiple items.
- Carrier: We ship via Australia Post standard parcel service with tracking by default. Express Post is also available at checkout.
