The friction zone of the clutch is narrower than we want. In order to make the toggle switch like clutch feel more stable, we have designed a new clutch actuator arm that is longer than the one in stock. The long arm not only widens the friction area by 60%, but also greatly reduces the clutch tension, which is convenient for single finger clutch operation! Wider friction zone and single finger clutch operation make cross-country riding more enjoyable.

Exchanges
If you're returning an item for exchange, you’ll be responsible for:
- The cost of returning the item
- The cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
Faulty Items
If you're returning a faulty item, we've got you covered. We'll:

- Provide a prepaid return label so you can send the faulty item back easily

4‑Year Limited Warranty
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide a 4‑year limited warranty on all products purchased directly from BikeBits.au.
- Applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred
- Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that arise under normal use during the warranty period
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidents
Making a Warranty Claim

- Include a brief description of the issue and photos (if possible)
- Share your contact details so we can reach you quickly
We’ll review your claim within 7 business days and provide instructions for returning the product if required.

Shipping Information
- Dispatch: Same or next‑day dispatch is our standard. In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed up to a week — if so, we’ll contact you directly with an update.
- Costs: Calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Bundled shipping rates are offered to help reduce costs when ordering multiple items.
- Carrier: We ship via Australia Post standard parcel service with tracking by default. Express Post is also available at checkout.
