This larger stand provides a firm foundation for your motorcycle, even on soft ground, muddy shoulders, sand, soft asphalt, and uneven surfaces. The bracket extension on the side of the stand is strategically positioned between the ground and the bracket itself, preventing wear and tear from direct ground contact. This design enhances the power range of the floor compared to the original bracket, offering improved stability and protection for your motorcycle.

Eligibility

Exchanges
If you're returning an item for exchange, you’ll be responsible for:
- The cost of returning the item
- The cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
Faulty Items
If you're returning a faulty item, we've got you covered. We'll:
- Cover the cost of shipping the replacement
- Provide a prepaid return label so you can send the faulty item back easily

4‑Year Limited Warranty
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide a 4‑year limited warranty on all products purchased directly from BikeBits.au.
- Applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred
- Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that arise under normal use during the warranty period
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidents
Making a Warranty Claim

- Include a brief description of the issue and photos (if possible)
- Share your contact details so we can reach you quickly
We’ll review your claim within 7 business days and provide instructions for returning the product if required.
Note: This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit those rights.
Shipping Information
- Dispatch: Same or next‑day dispatch is our standard. In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed up to a week — if so, we’ll contact you directly with an update.
- Costs: Calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Bundled shipping rates are offered to help reduce costs when ordering multiple items.
- Carrier: We ship via Australia Post standard parcel service with tracking by default. Express Post is also available at checkout.
